Auto Calculate In QouteLineEditor (QLE)

1.       Setup -> Installed Package -> Click on Configure In CPQ Package

 

 

2.       Click on “Pricing and Calculation” Tab  and then click on check box “Calculate Immediately”.

 

Once This is enabled , If we change “Quantity”, “Additional Disc.” “MARKUP”  Fields  In quoteLine record and click out side any where Caliculation will Happen automatically without clicking on Calculate Button.

 

Block price :

 

1.       Create product “Match Box”   and configure fields as below Image.

   1.Give product name “Match Box”

   2. Check Actice check box

   3. Pricing Method as “Block”

 

2.       Add standard price book entry as “2”.

 

 

3.       Click on “Edit All” as below image.

4.       Fill the fields as image if new rows need click on “+”

 

5.       Go to QotelIne Etitor Select this “Match Box” Product.

6.       Observe the screen for 100 Matchbox it is charging 150

                                                  For 99 it will charge 50

 

 

 

 

For 55 charging 50 USD is high why because for 99 also same 50 USD , so salesforce introduced “OverageRate” .

We need to create a currency New field (OverageRate as label) in “Block Price” (Object) as below .

Once field Is created then On product object go to related list and on Block Price Click “Edit All” and fill as below image

Once OverageRate is created it looks like below.

 

 

 

now it will works like as for 1 it will charge 10

2 it will charge as 10+1*2

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

14 it will charge as 10+13*2

99 it will charge as  10+ 98*2

 

 

100 it will charge as  50

 

 

120 it will charge as  50+20*2
