Raise a case with Managed package - If any error while getting errors
Provide minimum details to support to get us from managed package company :
In order to help us better serve you, please ensure we have the following pieces of information to help resolve your case.
1. Org id with login access to your environment (see bottom of email for instructions on granting login access)
2. Name of the setting you are having issues with / or description of problem
3. URL to a record where the issue exists
4. Expected correct result(if possible)
5. Steps to reproduce the issue(if possible)
Giving access :
GRANT LOGIN ACCESS Steps:
If you are using the legacy setup user interface, please use the following steps:
1. Login to your application as a user with administrative privileges.
2. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner.
3. Click "Setup".
4. Under Personal Setup, expand "My Personal Information".
5. Click "Grant Login Access".
6. Provide access to CompanyName, by selecting an "Access Duration" value and clicking "Save".
If you are using the new Setup user interface, please use the following steps:
1. Login to your application as a user with administrative privileges.
2. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner.
3. Click "My Settings".
4. Under My Settings, expand "Personal".
5. Click "Grant Account Login Access".
6. Provide access to CompanyName, by selecting an "Access Duration" value and clicking "Save".
We recommend that you provide us with 1 month of access as it may take time for us to fully resolve your case.
